The new led billboard, 8-floor-high-rise, as long as a football field, occupies a whole block from 45th Str to 46th Str to Broadway – the “ papillon ” Times Square center. Nearly 24 million led pixels, each of them having red, blue and green lights by giving a better resolution compared to the best top-of-the line flat screen TVs.
